KANSAS CITY, MO. — David Cook’s self-titled album hits stores on Tuesday and he’s everywhere promoting it. He appeared on Saturday Night Live, Jay Leno, and
Good Morning America recently.

He also appeared at 2008’s Glamour Magazine Women of the Year Awards on November 10 and serenaded Sen. Hillary Clinton.

Entertainment Weekly recently named him one of the breakout stars of the year.

And, he just hosted AOL’s Top 11 Celebrity Music Countdown. Fans, this is pretty cool. Cook counts down his top 11 videos of all time. They include the Beastie Boys’ “Sabatoge,” Flight of the Conchords “Ladies of the World,” and 30 Seconds from Mars’ “From Yesterday.”

Cook will be in Kansas City at the end of the month to light the Plaza Lights. And, you can catch him live on the FOX 4 Morning Show Tuesday morning at 7 a.m.
